1.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account on ud888, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ud888 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, and all funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ud888 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gambling is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of ud888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ud888 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ud888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ud888 uses identity verification procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

1.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with your ud888 account is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all account balances.

1.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ud888 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all account holders. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account restriction until verification is completed.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ud888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via payment partners), and USDT TRC20. 2.2 Minimum Deposit

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. ud888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification documents and source-of-funds declarations. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to make deposits, unless otherwise approved by ud888's compliance team.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on the ud888 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

2.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ud888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing advance notice to the account holder via their registered contact details. Dormant account procedures comply with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3.1 Game Fairness

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, ud888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagered amounts to the player's account. Wagers that have already been settled at the time of a confirmed malfunction may be subject to review and reversal. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — a principle applied consistently across all games on the ud888 platform.

3.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ud888 — including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and e-sabong — are governed by additional sport-specific rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular wager.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

You must notify ud888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a compromise of your login credentials. ud888 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address such reports, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your account credentials.

ud888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 3.2;
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Detection of duplicate account creation in violation of the single account policy;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms and Conditions, ud888 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Genuine account balances belonging to players whose accounts are closed for reasons other than fraud or breach will be returned to the player through an approved payment method following satisfactory verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ud888's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the player's use of the ud888 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ud888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ud888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ud888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. ud888 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

All content on the ud888 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design — is the exclusive property of ud888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ud888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ud888 content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ud888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (email or SMS) and/or by means of a prominent notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the ud888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
